Privacy & media.

Media loads when you ask.

YouTube embeds use youtube-nocookie.com and are created only after you choose to load a video. Loading a video connects your browser to YouTube, whose policies apply. Audio connects directly to the publisher or its distribution provider only after you load the audio player. These providers may process your IP address and use analytics or advertising.

Your personal log stays here.

Bookmarks, recent discoveries, and native audio progress are optional and stored in local browser storage after you enable the log or save an episode. They are not uploaded to this site. Clear them from your Captain’s Log or through your browser settings.

Your display preferences.

Red alert mode stays active as you move between pages during this browsing session. Switch it off with the same button. Reduced-motion settings skip its activation pulses. This display preference is stored in session storage.

Questions and messages.

Our contact form sends your name, email address and message to The 7th Rule team through our mail service. Short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers help prevent spam. Do not submit sensitive data. Contact us through the form about access, correction or deletion of your message.

Links and content.

Our links connect you to other services with their own privacy policies. Episode pages link back to our original audio and video releases. Our artwork and selected Instagram images are hosted on this site; playback connects to the original media service.
